Refund & Returns Policy
At NULLØ, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we handle refunds and returns a little differently than a traditional retailer. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered (wrong item, size, or print), we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@nullo.store.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (the item and, where relevant, the shipping label or packaging).
- Once approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Returns for size or change of mind
Because items are produced on demand specifically for you, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please use our Size Guide and review each product’s fit notes before ordering. If you’re unsure about sizing, email us before you buy and we’ll help.
Order cancellations & changes
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 12 hours of purchase. Once an item has entered production we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
